MY 3 DAY JUICE CLEANSE (and why you should try it!)








In recent years, juicing has gained immense popularity as a health-conscious trend. Now that you know the many benefits to juicing, maybe you will give this three day juice cleanse below a try! Each day was approximately 64 ounces of juice that i divided into 5 mason jars and drank every 2.5 hours! I also drank water throughout the day, but NO FOOD!


By doing so i gave my gut the opportunity to reset and rest from its usual rigorous digestive process. Day 2 was probably the toughest but stick with it! By day three you'll feel light of body and clear of mind! Remember you can do anything you set your mind to, you got this!
